What the program is
The sixth NexTech Academy Cohort runs classes in northern and central Taiwan, Tainan and Kaohsiung, with one or two sessions a month between roughly April and November 2026. The courses center on business diagnosis, data-driven decisions and AI adoption, and close with a transformation roadmap or showcase.
Alongside them sit a workplace AI class from the NexTech Academy and VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5 audit training for the automotive components sector.
Same class, very different takeaways

An instructor’s standing sets the depth of the course
We invite not only people who know the theory but business leaders and industry figures who have made major decisions and carried the consequences.

First-hand cases, not tidy textbook answers
The limits, failures and trade-offs behind a success are what operators really need to learn from. Classes do not polish the picture; they break down how to judge under real conditions.

Data decisions and AI
SEO data, AI tools and CRM automation are combined to improve decisions and inquiry conversion.
Assessment and site visits
Criteria for judging digital solutions, plus visits to benchmark companies to compare practice.
Roadmap and action plan
Resources are prioritized into an operating plan and a practical action list.
Who it is for
Who should join the NexTech Academy Cohort?
SME owners, successors and professional managers, senior and core managers, and company teams that want to adopt AI tools, improve processes and leave with an action roadmap.
How are the classes run?
Each class meets one or two times a month at an in-person venue, with benchmark company visits or workshops; the last session presents the roadmap or results.
