Program approach

The Youth Entrepreneurship Academy starts from the problems founders and companies are facing, not from theory. Tools, cases and hands-on work turn ideas into actions that can be tested, adjusted and advanced.

Experienced founders, business owners and practitioners share how they made decisions, and each participant receives pointers to further learning, advisory support and resources suited to where they are.

Choose by stage

The course area groups courses into eight themes by stage of business. Start by taking stock, then pick what fits.

  1. Starting up

From an idea to a business model, building a foundation you can act on.

  2. Growth and market expansion

Stronger organization, people and operations; brand, marketing and sales that build momentum.

  3. Digital applications

AI, data and digital tools for efficiency and transformation.

  4. Legal, finance and tax

Basic compliance on contracts, labor, IP and personal data; financial statements, costs, cash flow and tax.

  5. Government funding and ESG

Finding the right policy instruments and proposal structure; building sustainability inventory, strategy and reporting.
