Industries
Each of the four alliances covers the companies, capabilities and solutions of its industry.
This site is continuously updated.
Why explore the alliances
TINAI, the Taiwan Industrial Network of Alliances for Investment, was initiated by the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association. Each alliance has a profile and company pages; outcomes are gathered on a separate page.
This is not a directory or a picker. Clarify whether your intent is financial or strategic, compare the four alliances, and note where public context stops.
The four alliances
Each alliance’s positioning is taken from the current official site. Alliance pages cover strategy, supply-chain tiers and members.

Semiconductors
Semiconductor Localization Alliance: starts from local chip-manufacturing demand, pools mid-to-large suppliers to deepen the domestic supply chain, and uses an overseas holding structure to reach the US, Japan and Europe.

Automotive components
Automotive Components Alliance: larger firms lead smaller ones into the vehicle supply chain through training, certification, digital transformation and R&D support, with cross-border e-commerce and joint exhibitions for export.

Digital industries
Digital Industries Alliance: five sub-alliances (smart manufacturing, retail, cities, sustainability and cybersecurity) combine products into system solutions and deliver them with local partners abroad.

Health & Wellness
Health & Wellness Alliance: centered on biopharma and smart healthcare, it brings together drug makers, nutrition, medical devices and health services, from R&D and manufacturing to market channels.

What future public records must carry
Exemplars, directory entries, solutions and cases each need minimum evidence. Nothing is concluded before approval.
Exemplars
Need source, date and company permission; cannot be generalized to the whole alliance.
Directory
Shows only fields a company agrees to publish; listing is not a recommendation or suitability judgment.
Solutions
Must state scope and evidence status; not a claim of verification.
Cases
Need permission, date and a defined impact measure; no presumed partnership result.
Four stages after joining
The alliances support members with three resources: training, matchmaking and a route to investment. Membership then moves through these stages.
Map members and needs
Briefings, needs surveys and company visits establish what each member offers and needs.
Prepare for the industry and market
Practical courses and industry certification help members meet entry requirements.
Connect to industry and market
Larger firms set challenges and SMEs or startups propose solutions, through supplier selection, the Chairman & CEO Roundtable and one-to-one matching, leading to POC/POB trials.
Bridge to investment
Matching with investors brings in the National Development Fund, strategic investors and venture capital, with a link to capital markets.
