Who can join, and what it involves

Each type of member takes on responsibilities that fit its position, and gains matching resources.

Large and mid-sized companies

Set out market needs, pose challenges and take part in supply-chain integration; help SMEs upgrade and co-develop new products and overseas markets.

SMEs and startups

Join training and industry certification; go through supplier selection, solution validation and business talks to reach supply chains and investment.

Industry associations and research institutes

Provide specialist courses and technical guidance, help align with industry standards, and support alliance outreach and international cooperation.

How to apply to join an alliance

After joining, each alliance works in four stages: mapping members, market readiness, industry linking and connecting to investment.

  1. Complete the alliance application form

Company details, core strengths, cooperation needs and future direction.

  2. Submit a company profile and product information

Main products or services, current market channels and technical capabilities, used for selection and resource linking.

  3. Provide the latest annual financial statements

Financial statements and supporting operating records, confirming basic operating capacity and good faith.

  4. Present at the Chairman & CEO Roundtable and await review

The alliance review committee assesses the documents, may arrange an interview or request more material, and notifies the result by official letter or email.
