Investment & Strategic Partnerships
TINAI's investment strategy, assessment approach, partnership resources and overseas joint promotion, as a starting point for investors.
This site is continuously updated.
How investment partnership works
Investor services build on policy resources and market capital, connecting strategic investors, corporate venture capital (CVC), venture firms and industry partners in a shared mechanism. Support covers target screening, industry trend analysis, pre-investment assessment and post-investment support, to narrow information gaps and move capital, technology and markets together.
The channels offer several entry points — funds, corporate venture capital and local capital — matched to a company’s stage and use of funds.
Three investment channels
National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association Venture Capital Committee
Founded in December 2025 around sharing, learning and co-creation, it acts as a strategic-investment matching platform linking established founders with SMEs and startups.
Chairman & CEO Roundtable
A joint-advisory format for quickly screening promising companies, aimed at business collaboration and strategic investment. Each industry group meets at least quarterly.
Co-investment with the National Development Fund
Strategic investors co-invest alongside the National Development Fund, combining industry resources with policy capital in a public–private structure.
