Market entry and cross-agency coordination

Clarifying incorporation, land, talent, regulation and administrative steps, with a single point of contact.

R&D resources and upgrading

Mapping R&D grants, test sites and academic resources to technology maturity and the form of collaboration.

Digital, AI and sustainability

Helping companies adopt digital tools, AI applications and low-carbon practices to improve efficiency and resilience.

Joint overseas investment promotion

Joint overseas investment promotion

Each year the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Association and the Overseas Community Affairs Council select overseas entrepreneurship role models, recognizing ethnic Chinese founders who have built strong businesses abroad.

Their international experience and local market insight flow back to Taiwan's supply chains, SMEs and startups, helping companies expand overseas.

At the time of capture, the role models span five continents and 27 countries, guided by the idea of founders helping founders.
