This forum takes "New Financing Environment, New Patent Opportunities" as its theme, focusing on how patent and intangible asset valuation can help startups expand financing opportunities. Topics include applying the patent technology valuation grading system to startup financing, the startup financing channels offered by the Small & Medium Enterprise Credit Guarantee Fund of Taiwan, Singapore's experience with intangible asset financing, and the practical difficulties facing Taiwan startups. Through exchange between speakers and guests, it explores the link between patent value and financing resources to help startups identify financing directions and possible opportunities.
